When your package arrives, make sure you try on your new clothing, shoes or accessories leaving tags intact, as you would in a store changeroom. We generally accept returns as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and otherwise in its original condition.
If you love the item, but need a different size we're happy to arrange an exchange for you. Most likely you’ll be required to pay the return shipping and we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement back to you. We do this in order to share the cost of the return with you, whilst still being able to keep prices low.
If you'd prefer a refund, that's fine! As long as the item is returned unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and otherwise in its original condition we'll arrange that for you. Most likely you’ll be required to pay the return shipping.
The amount refunded will be the price you paid for the item. Shipping costs can’t be refunded.
