Return Policy

Wrong size? Unflattering cut? Not quite the right colour? No worries!

When your package arrives, make sure you try on your new clothing, shoes or accessories leaving tags intact, as you would in a store changeroom. We accept returns as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and in its original condition.

Return the parcel to:

Include your instructions, e.g. "exchange for size XL", or "Please refund" and email sales@anomalieclothing.com.au so we know it's coming

Make sure you get a tracking number. so we have proof of delivery.

Exchange

If you love the item, but need a different size we're happy to arrange an exchange for you. Most likely you’ll be required to pay the return shipping and we’ll cover the cost of shipping your replacement back to you. We do this in order to share the cost of the return with you, whilst still being able to keep prices low.

Please note: Anomalie Clothing is winding down, so no new stock is coming in. If we don't have your preferred size in stock, you will be given a refund instead.

Refunds

If you'd prefer a refund, that's fine! As long as the item is returned unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached, and in its original condition we'll arrange that for you. You’ll be required to pay the return shipping, 

The amount refunded will be the price you paid for the item. Shipping costs can’t be refunded if that service has been performed by Australia Post. Only if Australia Post fails to deliver can we pursue a claim for non-service. and refund your shipping costs.
